We moved into our brand new home a week ago and had our sewer back-up, we couldn’t use our toilets, wash clothes etc. we called our contractors plumber, he couldn’t fix it, called 3 other plumbers who couldn’t help us, finally our realtor found Whitneys Water System, John came out on Sunday morning, tried but couldn’t unblock it, but, he didn’t leave us, he came the next day, Monday, cut the concrete and dug by hand with his work partner Caleb about a 6 foot hole to the pipe and found our problem, gravel, big rocks and even a golf ball! They cleaned the pipes and got our water flowing again!!! They were very professional and cared about us being without, they were amazing! We would definitely recommend them for your plumbing issues.
