I just wanted to thank you and your staff for the great job you did putting in our new water softener and RO system. We couldn’t be happier. I love the Empowered softener and the Conqueror RO system has definitely made my life easier (no more opening the fridge multiple times a day to get good water).

But even more than the equipment it was just such a pleasure doing business with you. Tome and Terri Ryan were professional, courteous and punctual and stayed late both days to get the work done. They answered all our questions and when, if they weren’t sure about the answer, they went to the trouble of finding it for us.

We were beginning to wonder if the whole concept of customer service had disappeared forever. Our experience with you, Tom and Terri gave us hope that there are still good people and good companies out there who value their customers.

I know that our new equipment will last many, many years, but I actually look forward to doing business with your again.
