I don't like the slimy feeling of soft water, what are my options?

I want a water conditioning system, but how am I going to afford the cost?

    If you are thinking that the upfront cost of a water conditioning system is out of your reach, let us reassure you that we have several different options that can fit into your budget.  We also work with American Finco and Aqua Finance. These two companies can provide the funding for your purchase and give you a payment that will be affordable.

Can I rent the water softener and or the reverse osmosis?

    You can always choose to join the ranks of our satisfied customers that rent their water softeners and reverse osmosis systems from us.  We perform the regular maintenance of the system and you enjoy the benefits.

If I rent a water softener, what are my responsibilities?

    When renting one of our water softeners, you must make sure that the system is filled with salt or potassium on a regular basis.  You must also make sure that the Pur-Gard system cleaner is filled.  This can be done in a couple of different ways.  We can come to your residence on a regular schedule and maintain your softener for you. You will be charged a reasonable fee for this service plus the cost of salt and Pur-Gard.  We will check your system to make sure that it is operating properly and make any necessary adjustments. You can also choose to fill your system with salt and Pur-Gard yourself, however we will perform an annual tune-up to maintain peak efficiency.

If I become rent a R/O, what are my responsibilities?

    We will need to service the system on a yearly basis to change the filters and membrane as needed.  The cost of this service is covered in the rent. Filter and membrane changes are necessary to maintain high water quality and purity.

If I own my water softener, what are my responsibilities?

  You must make sure that the system is filled with salt or potassium on a regular basis.  You must also make sure that the Pur-Gard system cleaner is filled.  This can be done in a couple of different ways.  We can come to your residence on a regular schedule and maintain your softener for you. You will be charged a reasonable fee for this service plus the cost of salt and Pur-Gard.  We will check your system to make sure that it is operating properly and make any necessary adjustments. You can also choose to fill your system with salt and Pur-Gard yourself, however most manufacturers recommend that a qualified technician perform an annual tune-up to maintain peak efficiency.

If I own my R/O, what are my responsibilities?

    Reverse Osmosis systems require regular (6-12 months) maintenance.  This can be done in a couple of different ways.  We can come to your home on a regular schedule and perform the service for you or you can purchase the filters from us and do the service yourself.
